Principal, General Manager
Mohammed started life wanting to help people from the age of 9, specifically in cancer related diseases due to the loss of a family relative and was later homeschooled for three years by American teachers to help him reach that goal. He spent every summer since the age of 15 working in local labs and hospitals in Saudi Arabia. He attended boarding school at Phillips Exeter in New Hampshire, USA.
He recalls his genetics teacher, who knew about his ambition, and spoke to him after class one day and said “There are a thousand individuals out there trying to do what you want to do and a thousand times better than you. However, you are that very rare individual who can bring those thousand other individuals together to advance the world of medicine.
Thusly, he graduated from Providence College in Rhode Island, USA with a degree in healthcare management & policy, with a focus on business administration. He spent his summers in between college training at Harvard teaching hospitals, under the mentorship of Dr. Laham, in departments such as (labs, surgical, management, medical records, nursing and research).
Mohammed knew that the only way to make real change in medicine was to think globally and connect people from around the world. He established Focal Health Management in 2016 and partnered with Dr. Laham and Dr. Rice and created ProximityFocal to introduce the world to the future of healthcare to bring people the care they deserve, either where they are.
As well as connecting brilliant minds from around the world in this new movement of healthcare.
